Everything is Maligaya!

First things first:
The pictures and subtitles are hilarious! Slow down, fam -- don't have ALL the fun without me. Lando, the picture of you is awesome. That's right, you've gotta do what you've gotta do for the team. Classic.
Drat! They told you about my card? That's embarrassing. It fell out of my pocket on a jeepney, in other words, it's REALLY gone now along with 500 pesos. Aray! I'm about 3/4ths of the way through my moleskine notebook. Other than that, life is good.

Heavenly Father lets us taste the bitter so we'll know the good when He gives it. I wrote about the Zamora Family last week, and more about them in my letter to you, Mom and Dad. We've taught them almost every day this week, and they've committed to be baptized on the 15th of August. It's an amazing story, they've been waiting a year for the joyful news in the Plan of Salvation. This week we read Doctrine and Covenants 137:10 with them and it was the BEST thing. You'll just have to read the letter, it's an absolute joy teaching them. The knowledge we have about eternal families is a gift that not many have tasted. Dad, thanks so much for your note. There is so much to work on and to think about every moment. It's a constant work trying to change and learn and perfectly obey and live the Christ-like attributes and listen to the spirit. But work is joy, right? That's how Heavenly Father's joy is perfect AND He's constantly working for His children. That's His work, and his glory. There is something so sweet about this work. There's a lot for me to learn here. I love you family, thank you so much!
