Wonder of Wonders Miracle of Miracles

This is Rusbert. He´s also an English genius.

Yoanna

4 o' clock juice.

Ondina
Some great little miracles hit Sabana Yegua recently, Here´s a couple:

--Ondina showed up at church at 7:30 am. She also had a dream about her baptism. So she´s super excited. Still haven´t talked about smoking though....

--Everything got worked out for Yoanna to get baptized this saturday. But probably the biggest miracle has been working with her older brother. He´s got a testimony, but he´s just never been solid. But yesterday, for the first time, he showed up to church early in a shirt and tie and blessed the sacrament. I´ve been working with him for a long long time, and it was just such a proud moment of my life. So he will be baptizing Yoanna this Saturday.

--they fixed our inversor

--Back to Rusbert (Yoanna´s brother) he is now the best high school chess player in the whole country. He just won a tournament. So that´s pretty great.

Aw man, I was going to send a ton of pictures, but i´m in a sketch internet place in Vicente Noble right now, and it´s being difficult. We came out here to say goodbye to Hna Brockman´s investigators. It´s cool to see what a difference she´s made in their lives.

We had interviews with President Nuckols and his wife this week. They are really great people. And this is what he sent me in his weekly letter to me:¨ It was great to see you this week and I'm very impressed. You have the best planner I've seen.  ¨
I´m not sure if he was talking about the way I decorated it (it´s my favorite so far) or the actual planning inside.

My mind is just all over the place. It really was a great week and we´ve done a lot of great work, but we were up way too late last night. My comp was packing to go home and I can´t fall asleep if my comp´s not in bed. It´s just crazy that she´s leaving. I´m so grateful I got to spend a transfer with her. It has been so good. She has such love for the work which was impressive because she had to leave her favorite area to end for four weeks in a place that she didn´t know anyone.

I just feel weird and rushed like I should be packing or getting all ready to go home because everyone else is. But then I look at my extra fat 8 week agenda and remember that I´m still here.

Here´s my letter to president to throw into this scatter-brained letter:
¨Our investigator Ondina came to church at 7:30 am this week because she didn't want to miss it. We've been involving some of the members in our lessons with her, and it´s been going well.

We´ve been working on reactivating one of the priests in our ward. He decided now to start preparing to serve a mission! Yesterday he blessed the sacrament for the first time, and this Saturday he will be baptizing his little sister Yoanna. She is very excited to be baptized and we´ve really emphasized the doctrine of baptism with her and the promise that she´s making.

As always, we are praying for families to teach. We´re trying to be more aware of times and opportunities to open our mouths and find people to teach everywhere.

I´m excited to keep working in Sabana Yegua. Hna Brockman has done some great things here, and I´ll miss her. But I´m excited to welcome in a new companion.

Thanks for everything,
Hermana Peck¨

So, just really excited for Yoanna´s baptism. And hopefully I get back to normal emotionally pretty soon here.

Thanks for everything! and the letter, it made me laugh.
Love you lots,
Hermana Sarah Peck
