One Year Older and Wiser Too. . .

So this week... There's quite a bit, but I forgot my notes in my planner. So I'll do my best. Last P-day we actually went to West Point to chill with the sisters there. It was really weird to walk back to my old apartment. But cool as well.

 

We also went to Crossroads (non-profit charity the missionaries volunteer at) on Wednesday, and we got to paint and I got to play with some power tools. It was fun. And then I got to be a ladder model. Yes, I modeled a ladder. They said they would  put the picture on their facebook and instagram pages, so you'll have to see if you can find it. I'm pretty famous now.

In other news this week, we got to help our investigator Caillou with his prep for the EIL TS test. And I found out that English is super hard. But he did pretty well with the assignment. He finds it super weird that we can speak Cantonese, but I think he forgets that he's speaking to us in English... Funny kid.

Also I got a really yummy strawberry and honey drink from Starbucks to celebrate my one year mark!!! We also had pancakes that morning as an apartment since it was me and Sister Ramboz. It was a really fun day.

We didn't really have anything else crazy happen this week. Just some finding and other normal things. Fei Fei and her son Bobby came to church, but they thought it was really boring... so we're going to work with that... Otherwise, they're all really good. We've got quite a few potentials that we hope to schedule this week.

Tony will get the priesthood this Sunday too!!! So exciting!! He's honestly such a good man. So golden in everything he does.

So that was my week. We have Elder Stevenson coming next week to see our mission, I'm super excited about that. Also, we heard that President Nelson will also be coming to Hong Kong in April! And maybe Elder Holland? We'll see how much of it is true, but I really hope it is!! It will be my first time seeing the prophet in person. Let's just say I'm super super excited about it. So are all the members.
