Report at MTC Day for Lindsay!

Once Lindsay's Farewell was over it was time to get down to business.  Lindsay finished her luggage tags that Aaron and Shaun made her for Christmas. . .

Good-bye's started Monday when Rachel left to return to Spokane.

They continued Tuesday after Lindsay was set apart as a full time missionary.
And even Wednesday morning. . .
The packing was finished, the bags were weighed, and it was time to go. . .
The weather wasn't great, but we made it to Utah County just fine.  We enjoyed lunch at one of Lindsay's favorite restaurants.  Uncle Shaylin joined us for lunch.

From there it was a hop, skip, and a jump to the MTC.  By this time, Lindsay was anxious to just get this over with.

We were directed to the underground parking garage under the new MTC buildings where we unloaded Lindsay and her bags and had a few pictures taken.

A few more good-bye's, then they whisked her off.

All in all, we were in the underground parking garage for about 10 minutes.  Getting in and out of the MTC felt like a whirlwind.  One minute Lindsay was with us and the next minute she was gone.  We drove out of the area feeling a little lost.  It's nice to know that with the new communication policy with missionaries that it won't be long before we will talk to her again!
