Hey Family!! Hope all is going well! It looks like you're all enjoying summer!
So, I'm going to try to get this week in order, but we'll see how it goes...
Last Monday we went to Lama Island and it was gorgeous. We also saw some of the big-as-your-hand spiders there, which was fun. It reminded me of Loren's mission pictures. Then we hurried home and went to a bit of a Huhng Seui Kiu activity so Sister Branch could say goodbye to her old ward.
Then the rest of this week has just been crazy, we've had lots of changouts and trying to get records on the phone. I've realized, having a phone mission is great... unless you're the one trying to set everything up. They tell us that in the next few YEARS it will be convenient and fast and awesome. For now, we're stuck with all the annoying bugs that come with trying to put in all this new information. Whoopee. But it is nice to be able to have videos and stuff for our investigators. Can't complain. ;) So yeah.

We also had dinner with Chan Jm and her family and the dad was there!! This is the same one that wouldn't let Henry and Candy get baptized and gets mad when they pray in the house. I've met him a few times now, he's super nice and the dinner went great! I think we're starting to give him a better impression, so that's exciting.

Which brings us to the title of the letter, so we had transfer calls. The not-really-actually-bad-news is that I'm moving to Tin Sau and Tin Seui Wai for my last transfer. The great news is that I'll be with Sister Haghsheno again! So really it's all just good news. But also I was sad to finally say goodbye to all the members in Castle Peak Bay ward. I've been with them for over half a year now. So they've all been changing us out. So essentially, they're whitewashing the sisters. Sister Kimball, who is in Butterfly, is moving here with Sister Sloan from Tsing Yi and they're basically just going to have to figure things out on their own. Not quite sure why that ended up happening, but perhaps Heavenly Father has something in mind, so I guess whatever happens happens. We'll say goodbye to Liu SiuJe and Mandy this week. Mandy is not going to be happy...She's taken a liking to me. I'll be so sad to leave them.

That's basically all the news from this end. Just trying to pack between our extremely tight schedule, we're booked all through Wednesday.

This week I've been working on really trusting God and trying to have faith that everything will work out the way it needs to. But the gospel really is true and He really does everything by divine design. As Master Ugwei says, "There are no accidents", and it really is true. Trust in Him and everything will work out better that we ever could have planned it ourselves. Love you all so much!! Have a great week!
Sister Peck
