So, this week not much happened actually. Nothing like the prophet coming to Hong Kong or stuff like that. Just normal missionary stuff.
Last P-day we went to 10 Thousand Buddhas, and the Heritage (Bruce Lee) Museum. It's my second/third time at those, but it was still super fun. And we got Ikea meatballs while there too. It was officially my first time in Ikea, yes mom, I've never been, and so it was history in the making. We had a blast.

Then we dove into our busy week of district meetings, Crossroads, a zone find in Tsing Yi, English Class, etc.
We also got to meet with Jeung Hingdaih, we walked up to his house in Cheng Tau, or however it's spelled, and sat outside his house. It's a cute little paak mun village (knock doors, meaning we can knock doors there) so it's all little houses and stuff. So he has his cute little house and it's my favorite place. So quiet. And he's doing so good. He reads and prays every day, and he always prays for his daughter who is in Taiwan. She doesn't visit him often, or contact him, but he prays for her always. His wife is already gone, (not sure if she passed away, or is divorced) So he lives alone. His face always lights up when we visit him and it's so amazing. He's so good. He's traveled so many places too. He's been to the base camp of Mount Everest, Tibet, Nepal, all over Asia. His stories are so cool. He's great. He also speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and Hak Ga Wa. Not sure what that translates to to be honest.

Anywho, we also met with Tony, who's doing really well, but not prioritizing church like he should... we're still working with him.
And Fei Fei... Yeah, she didn't get baptized this week. She's definitely not ready yet. We're going to have to take it really really slow with her. But that's ok. She's doing well. Just not huge on understanding yet. And Bobby is Bobby. Not quite sure how to help them yet, but we're working on it.

| The guys on bamboo next to the building, that's how they remodel/fix buildings, they tie bamboo together all the way up the building and that's their scaffolding. You see it all over. Not metal, bamboo. it's insane. |

We met with Liu Siuje
on Saturday and helped Mandy (6 yrs old) with her English, then they fed us Cheung Faan (boiled rice rolls with peanut butter sauce, which is a LOT yummier than it sounds) Which is one of my favorite foods here, and some squash and rice ball soup, also yummier than it sounds, and steamed bread. It was suuuuuuuper good. And then we taught the Restoration and guess what?! Liu Siuje looked so amazed at Joseph Smiths first vision, and then she reexplained it all perfectly to Mandy when she didn't understand. It was incredible. The spirit was so strong. And they've been praying every day and Liu Sj said she felt peaceful and calm every time they did. It was so so amazing. An answer to prayers. They're doing so good. I really hope they continue to progress and grow. They have so much potential and love Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ already.

| Wong Jimuih from our ward |
We also got to meet with Chan Jimuih and Henry and Candy, and when we got there, Candy had friends over, so we got to talk to the mom a bit about what we do as missionaries. She was super nice! What a good missionary opportunity.
And then just fast
Sunday yesterday because it's stake conference next week. We taught a former, Kelvin, who has a lot of deep questions and a desire to know, but not really to stop smoking... so we'll see.
It was a really really busy week with a lot of good stuff going on. At the zone find I realized I would be a horrible trainer. I was with Sister Sloan, Sister Rees's trainee of about a month. It was so strange to realize that she didn't understand what was being said. I'm used to having companions that also speak the language, so it was weird for me to have the sudden realization that I was there too once, and now the roles have switched. It was a super weird realization. But a good one too. Heavenly Father has taken me this far, it's so crazy. But she was so optimistic and full of energy, and unafraid to step up and talk anyway. so cool!

So that's my week. Just moving right along. I love you all so much and can't wait to hear about the wedding, don't forget to have a cardboard me, or just hold up a picture of me, that works too. Or photoshop me in. Or save me a cupcake. I'd prefer the latter. Love you all so so much!
Love, Sister Peck
